Meeting September 10, 2007
Present: Roland Ochsenbein, Kelly Collins, Bob Zak, Chris Sterling, members of the LCC and BoS
The Library Trustees met jointly with the Board of Selectmen and the Library Construction Committee to interview the following finalists in the search for an architectural firm:
Lerner, Ladds and Bartels
J. Stewart Roberts Associates, and
Tappe Associates
As far as the interview process goes, each prospect was asked to give a short presentation of their company and experience, address our particular project and how they would approach it, and then move into an open question/discussion period. It was suggested that they reserve half of their hour for questions/discussion.
